All orders are processed within 2-4 days and orders take 2-5 business days once in usps possession. Janae Royale Cartel is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen packages or packages delivered to the wrong address.
You are fully responsible for entering and verifying that the correct shipping address was entered at checkout. Any returned packages will result in your order being refunded ( items only) as shipping fees go to usps once the shipping label is printed.
RETURN POLICY
Janae Royale Cartel will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the value of approved merchandise within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in the original condition( unwashed, unaltered, unworn) Items such as accessories, cosmetics, intimates and last chance are considered final sale.
