There are no exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event you receive a damage item we will gladly replace it.

Send us an email with photo proof of damage , order number and contact information within one day of receipt. Must send product back in order to be replaced.

After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.

Your order is shipped off via USPS First Class Mail (2-3 business days in the US and international 6-10 business days.)
