Store Policies


Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes all sales are final.

  • There are no exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event you receive a damage item we will gladly replace it.

  • Send us an email with photo proof of damage , order number and contact information within one day of receipt. Must send product back in order to be replaced. 



  1. Complete your purchase.

  2. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

  3. The Processing Period begins. 

  4.  Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

  5. After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.

  6. You will receive an Order Fulfillment Email with your tracking number.

  7. Your order is shipped off via USPS First Class Mail (2-3 business days in the US and international 6-10 business days.)



Shipping process occurs after the processing period has been completed.


  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

  • Orders being shipped in the United States takes 2-3 business days.

  • Orders being shipped internationally( outside of USA) takes 6-10 business days.)

  • This time frame does not include the processing time. 

  • Shipping time may take longer depending USPS daily operations and expected delivery time.  

  • Once the package has been dropped off and a tracking number has been emailed, we are not liable for any damage or lost packages.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by carrier, weather or undeliverable addresses.
