What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes all sales are final.

There are no exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event you receive a damage or incorrect item we will gladly replace it.

Send us an email with photo proof of damage , order number and contact information within 24 hours of receipt.

Must return product in order to be replaced.
How long does processing and shipping take?

It takes 2 to 5 business days (excluding USPS processing and delivery time ) to process an order. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Lipgloss orders take 7-14 days to process because they are made to order.

Please allow 3-5 days (excluding holidays) for your items to arrive or longer depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time.

Once the package has been dropped off and a tracking number has been emailed, we are not liable for any damage or lost packages. If this occurs please contact your local post office with your tracking information.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by carrier, weather or undeliverable addresses.
